QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, equivalent experience in social/digital marketing, proficiency in digital marketing fundamentals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and basic photography/videography skills.

Seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns at Company Jewelers, known for its luxury jewelry experience in New Orleans.
Company Jewelers is accepting resumes for the position of Marketing Manager. We are looking for
someone who is creative, strategic and passionate about traditional and social/digital marketing.
The Ideal candidate will have formal training in marketing, but more importantly equivalent work experience,
a candidate that will help lead, coordinate and create campaigns that are cohesive with all brand strategies.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Liese with multiple external agencies to facilitate social/digital/traditional campaigns
- Assist in the planning and management of marketing campaigns, social media & digital content.
- Actively assist with the development of creative social/digital content
- Work with external agencies to develop and maintain media campaigns.
- Work with creative sources to ensure content is effective and appealing
- Organize and curate photo/video creative content
- Develop, implement and actively manage social media content and inquiries
Actively managing FB, IG, IG Stories, You Tube, Tik Tok, Pinterest & Email marketing
- Develop influencers and network via social media to increase followers and engagement
- Work with external agency to maintain website, associated imagery and online promotions
- Initiate community engagement tactics on social platforms
- Work well with others in a collaborative environment, a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Define and report on notable digital and social media KPIs for executive team
- Continued knowledge growth via industry webinars & educational opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in marketing or social/digital field of study and or equivalent social/digital
experience is required.
- Candidate must have an interest in the luxury retail industry and ability to elevate the brand through
creative thinking. Must be proficient in digital and social marketing fundamentals.
- Understands web and social metrics and essential practices
- Although not required, it is Helpful if candidate has knowledge/experience working with has
traditional marketing channels, including OOH, OTT, Email, Print, Radio
- Must have excellent knowledge of emerging trends on various social and digital media
- Strong verbal and written communications skills to function as liaison/coordinator with ad agency,
website hosts and external vendor partners
- Positive, enthusiastic and responsive work ethic
- Acting or on-air/online talent as spokesperson (vlogging, you-tube, etc.) preferred
- Basic Photography and or Videography skills are integral to role.
- Familiarity with Hootsuite and or Sprout a plus, Mac proficient and familiar with Adobe Creative
Suite, Photoshop, Canva, Lightroom, InDesign skills a plus
- Knowledge of search engine optimization, lead generation and email marketing a plus
- Although not required, we prioritize candidates who have a knowledge of Google Platforms such as

Pay: $69,545.00 - $76,107.00 per year
