As we expand, we’re searching for an experienced, tenacious, and results-driven Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, boost visibility, and generate high-impact opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand awareness and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) and opportunities for SETVI.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content for SETVI.com, LinkedIn, Facebook ads, and other digital platforms, targeting our niche audience effectively.
  • Campaign Management: Design, launch, and monitor digital campaigns to maximize ROI and meet and exceed MQL and lead generation goals.
  • Event Marketing: Attend conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other industry events to represent SETVI and network with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align marketing efforts, Account-based Marketing projects along with sales goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record of driving leads and building brand awareness.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media platforms, PPC advertising, and SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Facebook Ads targeting B2B audiences.
  • Strong background in the tech industry, preferably with exposure to the distribution sector.
  • You are a self-starter who can take ownership of complex projects and drive them to completion.
  • You are a generalist who can adapt to the evolving needs of a startup and do whatever it takes to reach the goal and deliver results.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful branding and messaging.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: $110k-$125k (depending on experience)
  • Health insurance contribution (including vision and dental)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
