SHORT DESCRIPTION

As a Marketing Manager, you will create and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Job Summary: As Marketing Manager you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness/. This role combines planning with an emphasis on tactical execution, requiring expertise in B2B marketing, omni-channel strategies, and digital execution. You will lead marketing initiatives across product marketing, event campaigns, and digital campaigns while working closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement programs that effectively communicate our value proposition and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Leadership & Planning

  • In collaboration with the OPE Business Line Leader, develop and articulate a comprehensive, long-term marketing vision aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-year marketing plans to achieve aggressive growth targets
  • Identify and develop marketing strategies for new and existing markets, segments, and channels

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives from ideation to launch across multiple channels including digital, print, and trade shows
  • Design and craft compelling content for emails, social media, banners, landing pages, and print materials
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging while tailoring content for platform-specific audiences
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns that maximize effectiveness, partnering with internal and external marketing resources to execute

Product & Channel Marketing

  • Partner with Product Management to develop compelling product messaging and marketing materials
  • Support new product launches with comprehensive marketing plans and sales enablement tools
  • Create marketing programs and tools to support dealer, distribution, retail, and ecommerce channels

Digital Marketing & Technology

  • Lead digital marketing strategies including website optimization, email campaigns, and social media presence
  • Drive lead generation through the utilization of marketing automation and CRM platforms to segment customers and deploy marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate and enhance workflows to improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously applying new insights

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B and/or digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MailChimp)
  • Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)

Desired Competencies:

  • Experience in outdoor power equipment, powersports, or similar industrial markets
  • Understanding of multi-channel distribution models
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Experience with budget management and ROI analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Marketing automation platform experience

Travel Expectations:

  • Position requires 20-40% travel by air and car to visit customers, attend industry events, and visit company locations
  • Travel volume may vary monthly, with some periods requiring more frequent travel than others. This is a remote position, with travel by air and car expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
