QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of marketing experience, experience in hospice or healthcare preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, WordPress, and digital marketing tools.

As a Marketing Manager, you will create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and referrals for Unity Hospice, while promoting a positive brand experience and ensuring ongoing relationships with clients and healthcare facilities.

As Marketing Manager you will create and drive marketing operations with a focus on generating leads and referrals with healthcare facilities and clinicians and ensure wonderful ongoing relationships.
Responsibilities include brand ownership, strategy, messaging, positioning, implementing and managing marketing activities & communication to create inspiring experiences for our clients, team members and patients. Your role is critical in promoting the Unity brand and building the right environment to attract exceptional talent and clients.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Brand ownership. Ensuring the brand visuals and communication are appropriate, effective, consistent, and integrated across all platforms
- Developing strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales teams to execute marketing campaigns and gather client, consumer, and competitor data
- Internal and external communications, including: Social Media, Blog, Case studies & white papers, Landing pages & eBooks, & Graphic design
- Market research including working collaboratively with the sales teams to gather client, consumer, and competitor data and execute marketing campaigns
- Advertising & PR
- Vendor management

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & 5+ years work experience
- Hospice or other healthcare experience preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Must be proficient in Google analytics and other analytics platforms.
- Must be proficient in Wordpress, CRMs, and other digital marketing tech stack tools
- Passionate about marketing, client success, and hospice

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
