Job Responsibilities:
Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Meet with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction with ongoing projects.
- Foresee and resolve any potential issues.
- Manage client fires and unhappy clients as the first line of defense
- Proactively follow-up with clients after deliverables to ensure continued satisfaction with the product.
- Ensure all client work meets GMG standards and aligns with client goals
- Contract renewal and client retention
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing needs, and challenges.
- Keep clients informed about project progress, updates, and performance reports.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and creating tickets for Operations for projects and tasks.
Client Strategy
- Develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s industry, market, competitors, target audience, providers, internal office operations, and overall business goals.
- Facilitate the strategy developed during the sales cycle, and work to continually refine the strategy and launch new initiatives and up-sell GMG services to best meet the client’s goals
- Performance monitoring through KPIs, scorecards, patient surveys, call recording analysis, and secret shopper emails to identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- In-office and virtual event support including strategy, coordinating with vendors/reps and the internal practice team
- Knowledgeable to leverage and recommending practice management tools such as EMR, patient recall, automated review requests, online scheduling, and other platforms that work in conjunction and support our marketing efforts
- Assist in the in-office coordination of marketing campaigns ensuring they are executed in alignment with the office team, software, and providers.
- Assist during the sales process in creating client strategies and marketing plans, proposals and contracts to bring on new clients
- Manage client vault to encompass all client knowledge, assets, resources, and strategy, ensuring to keep it up to date regularly
Industry Subject Matter Expertise
- Stay up to date with aesthetic industry trends, marketing best practices, competition, and emerging technologies.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior leadership on marketing strategies and tactics to improve client campaigns.
- Collaborate with all teams to develop and refine marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in client relationship management
- Experience in aesthetic practice marketing preferred
