We are hiring a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand, generate leads, and support business development efforts. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on design skills to craft compelling visual and written content that elevates our presence in the construction industry. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving business growth.

The Key Responsibilities in this role include:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and client needs.

Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand messaging and consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

  • Enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the construction industry.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, proposals, case studies, and presentations.

  • Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and visually engaging.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling thought provoking content that showcase projects, company culture, and industry expertise while promoting engagement with followers.

  • Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns to generate leads and promote services.
  • Analyze website and social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaboration with Business Development:

  • Support business development efforts by preparing polished proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.

  • Work closely with project managers and business leaders to highlight key projects and successes in marketing campaigns.

Budget/Vendor Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, including Company branded items.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for graphic design, printing, and other marketing needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
