Job Summary:

Manager to join our high-performance team and spearhead our efforts to reach new patients

searching for the most unique dental experience in Chicago

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of day-to-day tasks across digital campaigns (including SEM, paid and
• organic social media, and affiliate marketing).
• Collaborate with agencies to align lead generation goals and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze and report on lead performance, answering the “why” behind the numbers to
• inform strategies.
• Assist in managing and optimizing the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Develop innovative strategies to drive patient retention.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to digital best practices and represent Pure Dental Spa’s

What You’ll Need:

• A proactive, strategic mindset paired with exceptional analytical skills.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, including 2 years in online and performance
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience in digital/integrated

marketing).

• Proven success in managing digital campaigns across SEM, social media, and
• programmatic platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data visualization and storytelling.
• Experience in lead generation, campaign forecasting, and reporting.
• A collaborative spirit with a passion for making an impact.

• Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or finance marketing.
• Expertise in local digital paid media strategies.
