QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, sports marketing, advertising agency or media, project management skills, budget management knowledge, native Spanish proficiency, and English proficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage TUDN brand and TelevisaUnivision Sports brand, develop promotional plans and campaigns, align marketing resources, serve as a liaison with Univision Corporate Marketing, execute B2B and B2C Public Relations strategies, work with external partners, and assist in sports section production for presentations.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Execute the Global Sports promotional strategy and manage the TUDN brand across all platforms in the USA, enhancing sports content performance and supporting marketing efforts.
- Gatekeeper of TUDN brand and TelevisaUnivision Sports brand, products and services in the USA
- Work with Director of Marketing to determine promotional priorities, outline marketing assets to support them, and organize resources to execute on them
- Develop promotional plans, campaigns, and strategies for sports content across TU platforms in the USA, including content/programming-specific initiatives; align different functional areas as part of such plans including Digital, Social, PR, Sales, etc.
- Develop and execute branding opportunities in both internal and external platforms, including integration into other Univision content verticals: Entertainment, News, etc.
- Serve as a liaison with Univision Corporate Marketing Organization (CMO’s) to secure support for Sports priorities; likewise deliver Sports assets / plans to support Univision initiatives and priorities
- Assist in executing B2B and B2C Public Relations strategy for the USA in tandem with Corporate PR teams
- When applicable, work = with external programming partners (e.g. Leagues, Federations and Teams) to create property-specific marketing initiatives in the territory
- Assist in the production of the Sports section and activation within TelevisaUnivision Upfront presentations, including script, videos, graphics and on-site footprint
- Other duties as defined
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, sports marketing, advertising agency or media
- Keen knowledge of current sports business landscape in the U.S. and Mexico, including TUDN sporting events and properties
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Budget management and basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to function and manage effectively in non-standard situations where independent judgement is required and limited guidelines exist
- Creativity, open to and driving new ideas
- Hands-on self-starter with a proven ability to not just lead and manage, but also to execute in a resource-lean organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Native Spanish language proficiency required (both spoken and written)
- English language proficiency required (both spoken and written)
- Ability to travel as needed
