Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our rapidly growing company, specializing in Tiny Homes, Backyard Storage, Swing Sets, Basketball Goals and Golf Carts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and grow our market share while ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing. You will collaborate with sales teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches.

Key Duties:

· Develop and implement a robust marketing plan that aligns with business goals, targeting both B2B and B2C markets.

· Build and enhance brand visibility through online and offline channels, including social media, SEO, and industry-specific events.

· Design and manage digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing) to generate leads and drive conversions.

· Oversee content creation for the company’s website, blog, social media, and promotional materials that reflect the company’s brand and product offerings.

· Optimize marketing spend by managing the budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute industry trade shows and events, ensuring strong company representation and lead generation opportunities.

· Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demand.

· Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy, including content planning, posting, and community engagement to grow the brand's online presence.

· Analyze customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement, adapting marketing strategies to address pain points and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Ensure the company's website is optimized for SEO and regularly updated to improve search engine rankings, user experience, and lead generation.

· Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide monthly reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations.

· Continuously evaluate marketing processes and tools, making improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business objectives.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Proficiency in managing PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

· A creative thinker who can develop innovative marketing ideas and solve challenges that arise.

· Experience leading a marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and managing performance.

· Strong interpersonal skills to develop partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

· Expertise in managing brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adjusting strategies as needed.

· Focus on understanding customer needs and behaviors to create personalized marketing strategies that drive engagement.

· Experience organizing and executing successful trade shows, product launches, and industry events.

· Proficiency with marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

· Strong ability to negotiate with vendors, contractors, and partners to maximize value and outcomes for the company.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

· 5+ years of marketing experience

· Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and brand development.

· Experience with managing marketing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, using a computer and other office equipment.

· Ability to attend and participate in trade shows, site visits, and marketing events, which may involve walking, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.

· Travel may be required for industry events, meetings, and site visits (10-20%).
