About the Marketing Manager position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager, who can work independently as well as with a team. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of Marketing experience and a college degree in Marketing. The Marketing Manager will assist in creating and maintaining Lindy Communities' positive, professional, and friendly public image. The face of the company and the brand are maintained and protected by the marketing department. They should be prepared to demonstrate proven and measurable results.

Critical Factors in consideration for this role include valid drivers license and reliable transportation, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Lead Generation-measure the success of leads.

Branding-ensure consistency throughout Lindy portfolio.

Social Media-maintain strategy to improve leads.

Reputation Management-facilitate surveys.

Promotions-develop marketing campaigns.

Website-work with website designer to maintain company website.

Advertising-ensure maximum effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Public Relations-represent Lindy Communities in media responses.

Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Education/Experience:
College degree in Marketing. Must have at least one year's experience and knowledge of marketing, including internet marketing, and search engine optimization. Graphic design experience is a plus, Knowledge of Residesk, EliseAI, Yardi, and other similar programs is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Lindy Communities Company policies and procedures and convey information in a manner that is readily understood.

Requires the ability to speak in public and presenting training workshops.

Requires math skills, I.E. the ability to determine cost and ROI of marketing and advertising mediums.

Requires customer service skills in order to promote Lindy Communities and resolve problems.

Requires ability to drive from one property to another.

Requires time management skills in order to use time effectively.

Must have ability to work unsupervised and must be self-motivated.

Be able to work with multiple teams and individuals, will work Community Directors, Regional Managers, IT, etc.

Excellent problem solver, should be able to find issues as they arise and find the best solution to solve them.

Ability to work on graphic designs for email flyers, signage, etc.
