Summary

True Omni is seeking a driven Social Media and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on attracting and interacting with targeted vertical markets, expanding external media networks, and enhancing the company’s global messaging. The goal is to aggressively achieve superior customer engagements and intimacy with a blended marketing roadmap by strategically intersecting key aspects of both social media marketing and traditional marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages the company’s prospect base to take action.
  • Optimize the company’s CMS platform to enhance visibility and social content capabilities.
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policies for each vertical market.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and acting on this information to improve the company’s market position.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate required actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in social media or related marketing fields.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with social networking and social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Brand Management: Ability to develop and maintain the company’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the company’s broader marketing goals.
  • Website Advertising: Proficiency in managing website advertising to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Experience in creating and running effective advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • SEO: Strong understanding and practical experience in search engine optimization to improve the company’s online presence.
  • Content Creation: Skilled in producing engaging and high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other team members to develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Word, and other basic marketing tools
  • Must know how to write both business and strategic plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
