POSITION SUMMARY
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing programs to support objectives across channels and segments, ensuring alignment with the strategic marketing plan.
- Evaluate and measure the impact of marketing activities on leads, proposals, sales, and retention.
- Oversee the creative process for multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.
Communications and Content Creation
- Create business cases for marketing programs and recommend appropriate tactics.
- Develop engaging content for newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, proposals, and social media.
- Manage and oversee the production of strategic media content, including videos and podcasts.
Market Research
- Conduct research to generate actionable insights that improve marketing strategies and communications.
- Perform quarterly benchmarking against competitors and analyze trends in products, marketing campaigns, and social media activities.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and U.S. healthcare trends to inform strategic decisions.
Events Management
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
- Maintain an updated calendar of internal and external events.
- Manage and order materials for tradeshows and conferences.
Collaborative Efforts
- Partner with creative teams and internal stakeholders to produce marketing materials for field-facing teams.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, leveraging AI tools to drive website traffic and improve user experience.
- Oversee blog content creation and website management.
- Support internal teams by providing collateral and presentations for sales and account management efforts.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on PBM or TPA industries.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing initiatives and report on their success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in building and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to digital and B2B marketing strategies.
- Creative writing skills with an eye for engaging emails and landing pages.
- Exceptional project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven approach.
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
