We are currently looking for a Marketing Account Manager for our office in Boulder, Colorado.

Job Type: Full Time - Hybrid

0-3 years of marketing experience.

Must have knowledge & experience in Adobe InDesign. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Graphic Design a plus.

Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience is a plus but not required.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this role include:

● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (A vast majority of work done in InDesign & Photoshop).

● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

● Proficiency in various Google apps such as Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs.

● Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, advertising, social media assets and other custom materials.

● Email marketing platforms: ActivePipe, Mail Chimp, etc.

● Excellent project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control) and ability to flex with changing deadlines and goals.

● Keen attention to detail, organized and able to seamlessly multitask.

● Proven written and verbal communication skills - Impeccable grammar, proofreading and copyediting skills.

● Comfortable giving and taking direction and adaptable with a can-do attitude!

● Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors.

● Marketing training/onboarding for all new agent hires.

● Managing the office’s social media page(s).

● The office is located in a retail environment. Applicant must be comfortable greeting clients at the front desk and engaging in a friendly manner with anyone visiting the office.

The anticipated starting salary for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000 per year; this position is eligible for annual incentive compensation.
