Marketing Manager
LOCATION
In-person at Renaissance Tile and Bath
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field; at least 3 years of marketing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate marketing support requests, create product marketing materials, manage website and social media content, develop advertising campaigns, enhance brand awareness, promote Designer Showhouse events, liaise with marketing vendors, supervise the marketing team, and manage internal communications.

Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand development for Renaissance Tile and Bath, managing all aspects of marketing support, digital content, and event promotions.
Renaissance Tile and Bath, a design-focused luxury leader in the bath, tile, and stone industry, has a new opportunity for a Marketing Manager. Lead the charge in luxury brand development.
Job responsibilities to oversee or execute:
- Coordinating all incoming requests for marketing support from corporate and sales staff
- Creating and updating all product marketing materials
- Website content and all social media channels
- Develop and execute an advertising campaign
- Email promotions to our customer list
- Increase brand awareness
- Promoting, photographing, and creating all promotional collateral for sponsored Designer Showhouse events
- Work closely with the President/Creative Director, Director of Sales, and showroom managers on event promotions and associated materials
- Serve as the primary contact for all marketing vendor and media inquiries
- Content and marketing resources on an intranet
- Manage daily Social Media content
- Internal company communications
- Supervise small Marketing team
Skills:
- Professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software with an emphasis on Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Basic photography skills
- Experience updating website content. A rudimentary knowledge of html and css is a plus.
- Knowledge of social media marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
Work Hours: 8:30am -5:00pm. Exempt employee available to work overtime (arrive early/stay late) to meet needs on the fly if business demands.
