Proven experience in marketing management, strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO and content marketing), proficiency in social media and multichannel marketing, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, experience in B2B and performance marketing, excellent copywriting skills, understanding of e-commerce platforms and WordPress, ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, manage yearly marketing budget, coordinate marketing events, oversee social media channels, write attorney blogs, manage marketing interns, analyze data and trends, maintain public relations, manage website maintenance and graphic design.

As a Marketing Manager, lead the company's marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement through digital marketing strategies, while managing a team and reporting to the CEO.
Summary
As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, your primary focus will be on enhancing brand visibility and engagement through effective digital marketing, SEO, and multichannel campaigns. Your core skills in marketing, combined with premium expertise in content marketing and advertising sales, will enable you to lead projects that align with business objectives. Additionally, your relevant skills in performance marketing and e-commerce will support the growth of our online presence, making you a vital asset to our dynamic team.
Our future marketing manager will serve on our management team and currently manages 5 employees that handles our brand and intake.
Marketing ::
-responsible for developing marketing plan & strategy for firm and individual attorneys
-develops yearly marketing budget
-coordinates design, inventory & order of all marketing supplies
-schedules, coordinates & attends all marketing events
-handles all social media channels
-writes attorney blogs
-handles firm photos & videos for various purposes
-manages Marketing intern(s)
Data & Analytics ::
-Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
-Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
-Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
-Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Public Relations ::
-writing & distributing press releases
-follow up calls to media outlets
-maintain up-to-date media contact list
-calendar postings for events
-clipping & archiving articles once posted
Website Maintenance & Graphic Design ::
-dealt directly with website design company for new website
-authorized the look, feel & functionality
-responsible for making routine updates & conducting maintenance
-designs &/or coordinates the designs of brochures, flyers, informational handouts, signs, web graphics & templates
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and content marketing
- Proficiency in social media marketing and multichannel marketing techniques
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and marketing automation tools
- Experience in B2B marketing and performance marketing
- Excellent copywriting and research skills
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and WordPress
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze marketing performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
