MARKETING MANAGER
Are you ready to take on the overall marketing, branding and communications strategy of a medium sized law firm?
We are looking for someone who can step into a very well established and effective online marketing ecosystem (we are fully committed to the HubSpot and GoogleAds platforms) and bring fresh ideas and leadership experience to elevate our marketing efforts.
You will work directly with the business' senior level executives to set strategic level messaging, manage campaigns to drive potential client engagement and manage the technical aspects of a fully digital work environment.
OBJECTIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS
Ultimately, the success of this position is measured in our ability to attract and help clients.
This role is both strategic and tactical and requires big picture thinking, imagination, self-motivation, management and the technical skills to implement and manage.
The position is responsible for maintaining existing campaigns and assets as well as developing and executing new lead generation campaigns.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage the firm's HubSpot implementation that is the central Customer Relationship System and Web Site Hosting Platform
- Manage the firm's paid search campaigns
- Design, develop and execute direct mail and email marketing communications
- Develop and manage the firm's messaging calendar including social media
- Manage the firm's outsource partners and vendors by setting their priorities and managing their activities in furtherance of objectives
- Work with SEO outsource partner to continually enhance organic SEO performance including research to seek a thorough understanding of changing SEO metrics in an AI driven search world
- Development of content such as graphics, videos and blog posts
- Development of AI tools to increase the efficiency of the client acquisition process
- Develop metrics and reports for evaluation of effectiveness of campaigns
- Develop engagement mechanisms for potential new clients
- Collaborate with client intake personnel to determine needs and develop tools to aid in the client acquisition process
- Develop and maintain process workflows and templates, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Experience with the listed areas of responsibility
- Technical skills needed to manage the firm's HubSpot, Google Analytics and GoogleAds platforms
- Creative and writing skills needed to develop and manage content creation such as graphics, videos, web pages, blog posts and social media
- Analytical skills needed for reporting and data analysis
- Technical skills needed to develop AI tools including script writing
- Proficiency with Adobe Create Suite, Microsoft Office
- Management skills required to manage existing outsource providers such as SEO and print/mail partners

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
