Seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to lead marketing efforts in a plant-based no-waste foodtech startup, focused on innovative brand strategy and customer engagement.
Hi! We are an industry-changing plant-based no-waste foodtech startup on an extreme growth trajectory and looking for a Marketing Brand Manager to help us stand up and run our marketing efforts. We are a fun, collaborative group, and very passionate when it comes to our work. First and foremost, we are looking for someone with experience and enthusiasm who shares our passion for disruption centered around better quality plant-based food free from gums, preservatives, or other fillers, and a real commitment to the environment.
Ultimately, we are a lean, scrappy startup and in this role you’ll have the opportunity to take on a lot of ownership and design of our marketing strategy, working autonomously with direct access and engagement to our senior management.
Job Description:
The Marketing Brand Manager is an important part of our team, with responsibilities including:
- Developing and executing brand strategy and marketing projects for Numilk. You’ll have real ownership of our marketing strategy and reporting
- Design and implement creative strategy and brand voice for Numilk across our home and commercial channels
- Coordinate content creation for marketing materials and email flows
- Support company activities across business development, account management, and customer service.
- Social media content, including calendar planning and managing creation, creating a unified Numilk voice and style
- Social media community management
- PR & influencer marketing, responding to reactive inquires
- Brand Partnerships
- Love our customers! marketing feedback, surveys, focus groups, informal conversations, and more
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of marketing experience, ideally in a small company or startup environment
- Passion for marketing, customer acquisition, and brand creative, especially within the health and wellness or food and beverage space
- A creative problem solver who is excited to work as a part of a team
- A willingness to learn and work in all aspects of marketing, with significant ownership and growth opportunity
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Business, social media management, managing content calendar, and online analytics. Photoshop or other similar program a plus. Ideal candidate also has artistic, creative, or photography skills
