Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing BuiltRight’s marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, coordinating product launches, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and engagement. Reporting directly to leadership, the Marketing Manager will bridge high-level strategy and tactical execution, ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. Oversee digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (product marketing, videography, design) and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Act as the central point of coordination between marketing and other departments.
Campaign Management and Optimization
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including ideation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights.
Performance Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create detailed reports on key metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
Customer Insights and Market Research
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Budget Management
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor ad spend across campaigns and adjust as needed.
Brand Stewardship
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
- Oversee the development of tone, style, and visual identity for campaigns.
Event Coordination
- Plan and execute trade shows, expos, and other in-person brand activations.
Partnership Development
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, and third-party vendors.
- Explore and develop co-marketing opportunities with industry partners.
Innovation and Automation
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.
- Integrate innovative solutions to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the automotive or consumer goods industry.
- Strong digital marketing and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
