SHORT DESCRIPTION

IVitamin is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, enhance brand engagement, and support the launch of its fractional franchise in 2025, all while promoting health and wellness.

IVitamin is seeking a versatile and results-driven Marketing Manager to take charge of all aspects of our marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand, driving customer engagement, and fueling the growth of our business. This position includes creating and refining the marketing plan for IVitamin+, IVitamin’s fractional franchise that is launching in 2025.

Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities located in downtown Austin and North Austin, designed for the health-conscious and wellness-driven. We offer a range of IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs both in our lounges and through mobile services to clients’ homes or offices. Our clients come to us looking to boost their energy, improve their health, and achieve balance through IV hydration therapy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing and Paid Ads:
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Create marketing funnels by designing and implementing strategies to attract potential customers at each stage of the funnel, from initial awareness through consideration and ultimately to conversion
2. Content Creation and Social Media Management:
  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms.
  • Create graphics and multimedia content that align with brand aesthetics.
  • Work with influencers to create new business opportunities.
3. Email Marketing:
  • Design and execute email nurture campaigns to build customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
4. Website Maintenance and SEO:
  • Oversee website updates, ensure functionality, and maintain consistent branding.
  • Optimize web content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
5. Internal Marketing Campaigns:
  • Create promotional materials and campaigns to support in-lounge marketing efforts.
  • Develop materials for membership programs and seasonal promotions.
6. Partnerships and Events:
  • Reach out to local businesses for partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Plan and execute flawless wellness events to promote IVitamin services.
  • Work alongside the sales representative and internal team to coordinate all events.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Work closely with Director of Operations to meet KPIs that drive growth for the business
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and paid digital ads including creation of funnels, email nurture campaigns. Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.
  • Experience launching new products and services with proven successful results.
  • Experience in event coordination and maximizing results through marketing efforts.
