Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and paid digital advertising. Strong skills in graphic design, email marketing, and website management tools are required.

Oversee all marketing efforts, including managing paid ads, content creation, email marketing, website maintenance, and internal campaigns. Build partnerships, plan events, and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.

IVitamin is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, enhance brand engagement, and support the launch of its fractional franchise in 2025, all while promoting health and wellness.

Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities located in downtown Austin and North Austin, designed for the health-conscious and wellness-driven. We offer a range of IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs both in our lounges and through mobile services to clients’ homes or offices. Our clients come to us looking to boost their energy, improve their health, and achieve balance through IV hydration therapy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing and Paid Ads:
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Create marketing funnels by designing and implementing strategies to attract potential customers at each stage of the funnel, from initial awareness through consideration and ultimately to conversion
- Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms.
- Create graphics and multimedia content that align with brand aesthetics.
- Work with influencers to create new business opportunities.
- Design and execute email nurture campaigns to build customer relationships and drive sales.
- Analyze campaign metrics and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Oversee website updates, ensure functionality, and maintain consistent branding.
- Optimize web content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Create promotional materials and campaigns to support in-lounge marketing efforts.
- Develop materials for membership programs and seasonal promotions.
- Reach out to local businesses for partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Plan and execute flawless wellness events to promote IVitamin services.
- Work alongside the sales representative and internal team to coordinate all events.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Work closely with Director of Operations to meet KPIs that drive growth for the business
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, and paid digital ads including creation of funnels, email nurture campaigns. Minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle.
- Experience launching new products and services with proven successful results.
- Experience in event coordination and maximizing results through marketing efforts.
