Marketing Manager
LOCATION
FlexXray is located in the United States, with some travel required between different company locations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred, 5+ years of growth marketing experience, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns, develop thought leadership content, promote company presence at events, enhance the company's website, manage social media, and conduct market research.

The Marketing Manager at FlexXray will oversee marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness in the food manufacturing sector while collaborating with sales and enhancing customer interactions.

FlexXray is the leading provider of x-ray inspection services. We assist leading food manufacturers with regulatory compliance and food safety issues by identifying and removing foreign contaminants from their products.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns that helps grow our awareness in the food manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Translates revenue strategies into marketing campaigns that help generate qualified opportunities for the company’s sellers.
- Develops and distributes marketing content that helps better educate the company’s audience on the challenges the company solves, positioning the company as an expert of foreign material contamination.
- Works closely with the sales team to promote company presence at key tradeshows and events throughout the year.
- Work with marketing agencies to produce creative and campaign assets and runs point on strategy for putting them into the market.
- Helps to build on the company’s successful Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to expand the company’s footprint within key enterprise accounts.
- Grows the organization’s social networking presence via the company's social media sites.
- Enhances and updates the company's website with meaningful, up-to-date content and design.
- Responds to social media and website messages.
- Initiates market research studies as needed and communicates results to management (e.g. industry trends, community needs, competitors)
- Coordinates company events to help promote the organization and celebrate organizational milestones.
- Meets with key stakeholder groups and organizations to promote the mission and increase community presence and goodwill.
- Builds reports to shows campaign results and explains business impact.
- Performs other duties as assigned by upper management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
- Specialized Training/Certifications/Licenses:
- Marketing Certifications a plus
- 5+ years of growth marketing, campaign, or demand generation role.
- Experience marketing to a scientific or manufacturing audience is a plus.

- Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
