Job Description
Position Summary:
Bruxie, a Southern California-based “culinary casual” concept, is looking for a Marketing Manager – Brand & Social Media to join our growing team. With 12 locations across CA and GA, Bruxie delivers bold flavors through waffle sandwiches, signature chicken tenders, and artisan shakes.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including social media content creation and campaign management. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As part of our team, you’ll help build awareness and loyalty while shaping Bruxie’s identity across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee creation of promotional materials, including coordinating with designers and photographers.
- Manage marketing emails for regional and company-wide promotions.
- Organize Grand Opening and anniversary marketing efforts, including PR coordination and press releases.
Social Media Management:
- Produce and manage compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Maintain a content calendar to align with holidays, promotions, and other key events.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build guest loyalty.
- Coordinate influencer visits and partnerships to expand Bruxie’s reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Report on social media and promotion performance to the leadership team.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with internal teams and store managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
- Visit locations, especially new or soon-to-open stores, to capture real-time content and create excitement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and related tools.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with video production and photography for social media.
- Experience with hospitality or food and beverage marketing.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
