LOCATION

In-office, with some remote work possibilities, based in the southeastern United States.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum seven years of experience in Business-to-Consumer marketing, expert knowledge of Adobe Suite, strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee marketing including social media strategy, brand management, and email campaigns; lead content planning and community engagement; analyze social media performance; design ads and collateral; and manage corporate brand consistency.

We are looking for a positive, friendly person with extensive marketing experience to join our team.

Ellsworth Foods prides itself on having a positive, supportive culture. No grumps, please. This is an in-office position, but we do work remotely some days, so having a properly set-up home office is important.

You will be in charge of our marketing, from social media strategy to brand management and email campaign creation. You will need to have high proficiency in Adobe Suite, and solid acumen in social media best practices and algorithms. The starting salary is $65k-$70k, depending on your experience level, with full benefits including medical insurance and 401K.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media

· Lead the strategic direction of our organic social media efforts, guiding our Content Creators in content planning, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

· Monitor social media analytics to assess performance, make data-driven adjustments, and identify areas for growth.

· Stay updated on the latest platform updates and social trends to maximize engagement and visibility.

Marketing

· Develop the strategy and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with sales and growth objectives

· Design and create supporting print and digital ads, posts, and collateral

· Provide proactive support to the inside and outside sales teams through a variety of digital, SMS, email and social media content support

· Monitor campaign performance through its lifecycle

· Identify opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency, accelerate the sales cycle, and continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies

· Manage content calendar; assist with developing content pipeline

· Create clear, concise, and compelling marketing copy

· Manage the corporate brand, ensuring consistency across divisions

· Create and manage company branded promotional products and merchandise

Qualifications

· Deep understanding of content creation protocols and best practices for social media, focusing predominately on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

· Must be highly dependable, responsive, and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

· Expert knowledge of Adobe Premier, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

· Minimum seven years of experience in Business-to-Consumer marketing, with emphasis on social media marketing (client or agency side)

· Excellent time management and organizational skills

· Working knowledge of html5 and css3 is a plus

· Previous food marketing experience is a plus

Education

· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is desirable but not required with sufficient experience.

Compensation range: $65k - $70k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
