The role of Marketing Manager is an integral position in our organization. In this role you will be promoting our benefit services by fostering relationships with Assisted Living Facilities and Home Care Agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Connecting with healthcare marketers and administrators, obtaining meetings with them to discuss our services.
• Attending community events and conferences and generating referrals.
• Conducting educational seminars regarding VA Aid and Attendance.
• Meeting potential clients and explaining how our services will benefit them
• Maintaining long term relationships with referral partners.
• Being innovative in your approach to bring in new business.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing/ sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and driven for success
• Ability to creatively plan for events and presentations
• Time management and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits:

$40K Base salary with $750 commission per client, real ability to earn between $65K- $90K annually. Commission is uncapped.
