SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts across key channels for Amazon Music, focusing on automation and personalization to achieve substantial global growth.

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Owned and Operated (O&O) Cross-Channel Strategy team. The primary goal of this role is to centralize and scale marketing efforts across six key O&O channels: IAM, Outbound, Landing Pages, Browse Home Marketing, Onsite Merchandising, and App Store. By addressing O&O pain points and opportunities comprehensively, the Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving substantial impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives focusing on Automation, Personalization, Operational Efficiency, and Experimentation.
  • Enhance automation through the exploration of AI tools, API integrations, and solutions that reduce manual efforts.
  • Identify challenges within the O&O channels and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build trust and solve key challenges.
  • Implement new processes and tools to drive growth for Amazon Music globally.
  • Work cross-functionally with growth, product, promotions, and BI teams to execute breakthrough campaigns.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal communication style and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience at Amazon or familiarity with AWS tools.
  • Proficiency in product-building tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, MailChimp.
  • Channel experience in email marketing, push notifications, in-app marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Background in both project management (PM) and marketing channels.
  • Experience with integrations including 3rd party partners and developing tools with tech teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
