This company is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Marketing Manager - Paid Search - to spearhead the performance of our Paid Search campaigns on Google and Bing. The ideal candidate is hyper-vigilant about monitoring key metrics, proactive in driving hyper-growth, and can make data-driven decisions to adapt to changing market conditions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search marketing and a proven ability to manage 3rd party relationships with search engines and agencies, holding them accountable for delivering exceptional results.
This is a fast-paced environment where speed is of the essence; the ideal candidate will be hungry to prove themselves and go the extra mile to achieve ambitious goals. Experience in the home service industry is preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cutting-edge paid search strategies across Google and Bing platforms to maximize lead generation and achieve aggressive growth targets.
Meticulously manage daily campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conduct rigorous A/B testing to continuously optimize campaign performance, landing pages, and ad copy for improved conversion rates.
Proactively identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities within the paid search landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate effectively with Google, Bing, and Paid Search Agencies, holding them accountable for performance, and fostering strong partnerships.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Proactively share critical data and insights with the marketing team and executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize return on investment.
Possess a deep understanding of lead generation strategies and proven experience in driving high-quality leads through paid search campaigns.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in paid search marketing, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving campaign performance and achieving growth targets.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, including campaign management, keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, tailoring communication to different audiences.
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with external partners, holding them accountable for performance and fostering collaborative working relationships.
Experience in the home service industry is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this market.
Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic and a relentless drive to exceed expectations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and quick decision-making are crucial.
Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting platforms is highly desirable.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a multi-market or multi-location environment.
- Experience in managing accounts in excess of $10M in annual spend.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods working on a computer.- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
