QUALIFICATIONS
Must obtain a Louisiana Real Estate Salesperson license if not already held, effective written and verbal communication skills, basic literacy in Word, Excel, Publisher, and social media platforms. 1 year of marketing experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and coordinate real estate listing promotions, assist the firm’s partner for closing sales, ensure efficient procedure completion, and participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours appointments and calls.

MARKETING DIRECTOR / REAL ESTATE BROKER ASSISTANT
Established, boutique real estate brokerage seeking marketing director and assistant. General responsibilities include the creation and coordination of real estate listing promotion/advertising including brochures, mailouts, print ads and social media releases. Position will also require assisting the firm’s partner as needed to ensure the successful closing of all pending sales and that all procedures are completed efficiently. Must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills as well as basic literacy in Word, Excel, Publisher and social media platforms.
Successful candidate must be willing and able to obtain a Louisiana Real Estate Salesperson license if he or she does not currently have one. Recent or soon-to-be licensees are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be willing and able to work one night per week and one weekend per month as a member of the rotating team of agents available for appointments and phone calls after normal office hours.

Salary Range - $50,000+
