Key Accountabilities:
This role will lead the HCP Peer-to-Peer promotion strategy, execution of all Peer-to-Peer promotion tactics, Congress planning/execution and leading advocacy efforts. This role also serves as the primary link between a large sales force and the brand team where you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward.
This position will report directly into the Senior Marketing Director and will work in close partnership with Medical, Field Sales and other key members of the cross functional team
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or in the Sciences
3 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry, or relevant professional experience
2 years of Pharmaceutical Marketing or Promotions, or relevant commercial experience including Sales or Marketing, or Market Access
Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity
Successful experience leading change transformation
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority
Ability to manage complex projects
Ability to gauge the feasibility, impact and risks of proposed programs
Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Prior Field Sales, Sales Leadership and or Scientific Communications experience
Advanced Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
Experience in HCP Marketing and/or pharmaceutical sales
Experience in Insight/Market Research
Experience related to Respiratory therapeutic area
Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, Omnichannel, Digital)
Development of digital customer experiences and/or e-commerce
