About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Marketing Manager, Web Design who will be responsible for working closely with their immediate digital marketing team members, as well as business partners, including stakeholders, developers, dev ops, strategists, and copywriters. This role will have a focus on conversion optimization design throughout the marketing funnel.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, HubSpot CMS, and JavaScript. Implement custom modules, templates, and themes within the HubSpot environment. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Enhance user experience through interactive elements.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, copywriters, and developers to implement responsive and interactive web applications and sites.
  • Work with the SEO team to ensure website design and layout are optimized for search engines, perform regular SEO audits, and troubleshoot technical SEO issues. Optimize product pages for search engines, ensure fast load times, and use schema markup to improve search visibility.
  • Conduct usability testing and fix bugs. Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
What You’ll Bring: You’ll like this position if you have...
  • Five to seven years of experience as a Web Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL and figma.
  • Experience with HubSpot CMS and its various tools and features.
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web development principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).
  • Knowledge of build tools and task runners (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of inbound marketing principles.
