SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to optimize marketing technology and processes, enhance data-driven insights, and support business development and demand generation efforts in a fully remote setting.
Job Purpose:
Essential Duties:
- Partner with leaders in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Marketing to design and maintain a highly effective marketing operations technology stack and vision.
- Drive MOPS performance and promote best practices in the use of our technology investments, including marketing automation & CMS (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), Sales acceleration/communication (Outreach), lead workflow management (Lean Data), Account & Contact sourcing (ZoomInfo and Cognism), and ABM (6Sense), as well as related integrations.
- Maintain and optimize our lead and contact management processes between HubSpot, Lean Data, and Salesforce including creation, matching, and routing; investigate and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Support training and enablement of our sales development and Marketing team on proper and efficient usage of our marketing tools.
- Work with Growth Marketing and Sales Development leaders to diagnose the demand funnel, identifying areas of friction in our customers' buying journeys. Monitor and report on the performance of go-to-market activities, including SDR outreach and qualification, pipeline contribution, program ROI, customer acquisition, and demand generation.
- Regularly analyze relevant MOPS and RevOps data and share insights across the department including developing custom reports and building & maintaining key dashboards.
- Ensure timely distribution and notification of MQLs to SDR and Revenue sales team. Manage SDR queues and ensure correct database segmentation in partnership with the RevOps team. Document lead flow processes and update SOPs through organizational and process changes as needed.
- Compile and distribute marketing analytics on a monthly and quarterly basis; support the development of Revenue/Marketing leadership, and other executive presentations as requested. Create and maintain annual marketing funnel metrics.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct B2B marketing operations experience is a must.
- Demonstrated success in owning, optimizing, and scaling a B2B SaaS MarTech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce (admin level), Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other technologies to advance the business.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms; 6Sense direct experience a plus.
- Certification in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other analytics platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs and pipeline analytics.
- Expert analyst and creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret data and present findings in a consumable, storytelling format to general Marketing and Sales audiences.
- A proactive and solution-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering results in a dynamic and scaling work environment.
- Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is $112,000.00 - $115,000.00. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
