As a Marketing & Operations Assistant at The Connors Group, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager.

This position is highly tactical, focused on the hands-on execution of marketing, operational, and administrative tasks in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is highly dependable, thrives on structure, and enjoys working through task lists with speed and precision. They excel at juggling multiple priorities, staying organized under pressure, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, webinars, and content creation.
  • Day-to-day tactical execution of content distribution, ensuring timely and strategic delivery across platforms such as websites, email, and social media.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for marketing materials.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of the company's website and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing documented reports.
  • Assist in coordinating and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual events, webinars, and online promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content teams, to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in a highly tactile, hands-on role.
  • Experience with Shopify and WordPress, including managing online stores and blogs.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing content distribution strategies.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging marketing content.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must embrace AI and its use in modern marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
  • Graphic design skills are a strong plus.
