QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, focusing on HubSpot management, data analytics, and lifecycle marketing
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to execute data-driven marketing strategies and optimize digital assets for lead generation, such as landing pages, emails, and website content
- Expertise in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, CTAs, and lead nurturing through automation platforms
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices, social media marketing, and paid digital advertising channels
- Extensive experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, as well as Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana to ensure efficient project execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with content development (e.g., blogs, infographics, webinars) is a plus
AVERAGE DAY AS A MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER
When you join our legal group as a Marketing Operations Manager, you start your day by diving into HubSpot, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You check the sync between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring no data is slipping through the cracks. Next, you shift gears to optimize email marketing campaigns-tracking deliverability and performance metrics while adjusting to improve open rates. You keep a close eye on the lead funnel, from capturing leads on the website to assigning them to the right team. Mid-morning, you're building dashboards for cross-departmental teams, giving them a clear view of analytics like CPL, CPQL, and customer journeys. By afternoon, you collaborate with web developers, optimizing the site for lead generation and user experience, ensuring smooth system integrations across platforms. By the end of the day, you're advising the marketing team on best practices and refining workflows to boost automation and efficiency, always focused on maximizing customer engagement and conversion.
The schedule for this management role is a full-time, in-office, exempt position.
