Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist & Social Media Assistant to join our team and help grow a brand dedicated to small-space living and family organization.

This role combines affiliate marketing expertise with social media strategy and content creation, making it ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a creative mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Marketing:

• Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaign performance to meet and exceed growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Collaborate with leadership to create compelling content and materials for affiliate campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive in the affiliate marketing space.

Social Media Management:

• Develop, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) that aligns with brand guidelines and goals.
• Gather information, audience feedback and analyze insights to structure content strategy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:

• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Proactively incorporate trends into social media strategies to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Requirements ($16/hour):

• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Amazon Associates, LTK, or ShareASale.
• Basic understanding of social media management and tools like Planoly, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency with Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience ($20–$25/hour):

• Proven success in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics).
• Experience creating and implementing social media strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SEO and creating SEO-friendly content for blogs or websites.
