Marketing Technology & Automation Management
- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot, Monday.com, CRM systems like Salesforce, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools to ensure seamless integration and peak performance.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and scale marketing efforts effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and execute technology upgrades while maintaining security and compliance standards.
Marketing Strategy Development
- Partner with the marketing team to create data-driven strategies that spotlight the resort’s offerings and foster deeper guest connections.
- Develop innovative campaigns to drive incremental business growth, collaborating with management to capitalize on strategic opportunities.
- Act as a project manager for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and measurable results.
- Contribute to crafting strategies that maximize profitability across all marketing initiatives.
HubSpot Management
- Configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpot for lead generation, tracking, automation, and reporting, unlocking its full potential to drive marketing success.
- Build and manage workflows, segmented lists, and lead-nurturing strategies to elevate engagement and improve efficiency.
Campaign Execution & Automation
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising, leveraging automation tools for maximum impact.
- Refine customer segmentation to deliver personalized, relevant communications that build loyalty and engagement.
- Create automated workflows to support loyalty programs, promotions, and player engagement, ensuring seamless customer lifecycle management.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Lead marketing analytics efforts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assess campaign performance and overall strategy effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed reports on KPIs such as ROI, retention rates, and engagement metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain data integrity across all platforms, addressing inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with the Gaming, Resort, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with casino promotions, loyalty programs, and guest experience objectives.
- Partner with IT and Finance to ensure technology investments and resource allocations support overarching business goals.
Content & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of marketing initiatives with optimal results.
Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, strategically allocating resources for maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Track and report on budget performance, providing insights for continuous resource optimization.
Training & Team Development
- Train and mentor team members on marketing technologies, including HubSpot, fostering a culture of innovation and technical expertise.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and strategies to keep the marketing team and resort at the forefront of innovation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong preference for candidates with hospitality or gaming industry expertise.
- Background: Must successfully pass a background check.
