Responsibilities:
- Enhance end-to-end marketing processes, leveraging software and tools
- Monitor, maintain and improve data hygiene and integrity within marketing systems to ensure accurate reporting and segmentation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, accurate tracking of metrics and the continuous improvement of the marketing processes and to improve ROI
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of new marketing technology/tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive efficiency and scalability
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize various elements of campaigns, including email subject lines, landing pages, and calls to action
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or related roles
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce
- Experience with Ringlead
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and the customer journey
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives
