At Sarah’s Spanish School, we’re on a mission to make language learning fun, engaging, and accessible for students nationwide. Our virtual Spanish programs empower schools to offer a high-quality language education without needing in-person teachers.

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed, tracked, and optimized. This role involves both hands-on implementation and strategic oversight, working closely with leadership to drive growth and visibility.

You will be the primary driver of our marketing operations, ensuring consistent execution across all channels, including email campaigns, paid ads, direct mail, social media, and SEO initiatives. Your focus will be both strategy and implementation, allowing the business to scale while keeping efforts highly targeted and measurable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Execute Marketing Activities:
  • Develop and send cold email campaigns, organize contact data, and manage outreach strategies.
  • Execute and oversee direct mail campaigns and paid ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Data & CRM Management:
  • Manage ActiveCampaign CRM to ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide weekly reports with actionable insights.
  • SEO & Content Oversight:
  • Collaborate with external SEO specialists to monitor progress and identify optimization strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing materials (email copy, landing pages, flyers) align with brand messaging.
  • Process Optimization & Strategy Development:
  • Continuously refine workflows and automation to improve efficiency and results.
  • Identify new opportunities to generate and nurture leads through multi-channel marketing.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Manage external contractors (e.g., SEO, graphic designers) and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership for strategic planning and campaign adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience executing B2B campaigns targeting decision-makers (experience in education preferred).
  • Strong experience with ActiveCampaign or similar CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, paid ads, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting marketing KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
