Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement the enterprise integration strategy to facilitate seamless data exchange between the various strategic business systems to operationalize marketing efforts
- Collect and document requirements, design, architecture, communicate risks, issues, challenges
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various projects, including crafting prototypes, building proofs of concept, and preparing architecture roadmaps
- Follow Enterprise Integration best practices to build loosely coupled, scalable, reusable & secure data pipelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide a cross-functional architectural data view, bridging the gap between various teams and projects to make sure the architecture is integrated end-to-end
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
- Maintain and continuously build an in-depth understanding of current business and technological trends for Integrations & Automation and translates into meaningful action to mature service offerings
- Provide production support for the various integrations and manage the various environments
- Work closely with the MarTech Vendors & user communities to keep up to date with the latest offerings & product enhancements
- Process Optimization and Automation: Identify and streamline marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, replacing manual processes with robust automations
- Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data to inform decision-making
- Technology Management: Manage marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and utilized
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
- Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar MarTech systems
- Experience in relational databases, data warehouses and SQL scripting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree Experience with API Design & management / Gateway

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
