Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and driving operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with the Marketing and Events Specialist to elevate Parsec’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights for campaigns and product positioning.
Sales Enablement
- Develop sales collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Provide tools and resources to enhance customer engagement and support the sales team.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing assets using Canva and Adobe Suite for digital and print channels.
- Create engaging visuals and templates for campaigns, and events.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Events Specialist to ensure cohesive execution.
Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance to improve engagement and optimize results.
Project Management
- Utilize Monday.com to track marketing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Streamline processes and maintain team alignment on all tasks.
Performance Analytics
- Track and report on campaign metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
- Present data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
SEO & Website Management
- Conduct keyword research to improve website SEO and organic traffic.
- Update website content and collaborate on new landing page designs to align with campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Manage and optimize the marketing team’s use of CRM tools.
- Ensure proper segmentation and lead nurturing through marketing automation.
Collaboration with Product Teams
- Work closely with the product team to align messaging with product launches and updates.
- Provide insights on customer feedback for product development and improvements.
Innovation and Process Improvement
- Identify areas to improve marketing workflows and propose innovative solutions.
- Research and introduce new tools or strategies to enhance team efficiency.
Event Support
- Assist with marketing efforts related to trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Design promotional materials and coordinate pre- and post-event follow-up campaigns.
Community and Partner Engagement
- Build relationships with industry partners for co-marketing opportunities.
- Monitor and engage with online communities relevant to Parsec's products and services.
Educational and Training Materials
- Create training materials for internal teams, such as how-to guides or quick-reference sheets for marketing tools.
Competitor Benchmarking
- Continuously analyze competitor campaigns and strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience
- 3+ years in marketing, in operations, campaign management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in MailChimp, NetSuite, Wordpress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Monday.com (or similar tools).
Skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
