As a Marketing & Outreach Specialist at Exceptional Wellness Counseling, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide comprehensive mental health care to individuals with blended responsibilities in social media, networking and outreach efforts. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while also contributing to the growth of our practice.

• Competitive salary: $55,000-60,000/year

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices related to mental health to drive innovation within the company’s marketing efforts.
• Manage and enhance current content calendar to ensure regular and timely communication on all digital platforms.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints, including social media, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Engage in networking and outreach activities, including cold calls, visits to doctors/providers, and scheduling in-services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Promote our practice's services and values to potential clients and community stakeholders.
  
• Ordering and preparation of marketing supplies for community events and presentations.
• Represent EWC at community events and presentations which includes some evening and weekend hours.

Here’s what EWC is seeking:

• Marketing, Social Media and Outreach Specialist with knowledge of local resources.
• Strong networking skills and experience working with people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for mental health advocacy.
• Ability to balance responsibilities within role of social media, networking and outreach activities.
• Knowledge of the local healthcare and mental health landscape in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for outreach efforts.
• Availability to work evenings/weekends as needed - We participate in community outreach and networking events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,000-$55,000

Education: Bachelor's (Required). Applicable degrees include communications, marketing, advertising, or a similarly related degree.

Work Location: In person/In Community (Hybrid) must be located in NJ.
