Marketing Portfolio Manager (RSFH)

Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
Develop and execute the strategy for consumer and referring physician engagement and brand positioning to achieve Roper St. Francis Healthcare’s revenue growth goals within assigned portfolios of business to include key service lines and system-wide brand and marketing initiatives. Key functions within this role include consultative client services to support business partners within the business portfolio by developing strategic marketing plans, monitoring trends and business insights, and implementing strategic marketing campaigns.
Essential Job Functions

Leads the development and implements an omnichannel strategy for enhancing revenue growth, service line brand awareness, reputation and engagement, and delivering on the health system’s value proposition, with service line assigned portfolios.

Supports primary and secondary markets to understand key objectives, trends and business insights to develop and execute defined marketing strategies

Holds accountability for key performance indicators that demonstrate return on investment by leading monthly, quarterly and annually reporting conversations

Adheres to operational budget that supports marketing objectives

Broadly understands many B2C and B2B marketing disciplines to work collaboratively with directors and teammates within marketing, digital strategy and communications across an integrated Marketing & Communications department supporting the needs across the health system.

Acts as project manager to ensure successful implementation of multi-tactic CRM-based marketing and brand campaigns, leading parts of its execution while supporting, collaborating and influencing on others; leadership is both formal and informal requiring influencing skills

Acts as a consultant and client services relationship manager to leadership across the service lines and health system acute and ambulatory facilities

Serves as liaison to agency and independent consultants as part of marketing programs and project deliverables

Special projects as assigned, for example system strategic initiatives, marketing innovation projects, etc.

Education
Bachelor's Degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications preferred.
Work Experience
3+ years of related experience required; more than 5-7 years preferred. Healthcare or health system, including CRM-based precision marketing campaign, experience preferred. Experience executing modern marketing automation and digital marketing programs required.
