Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing & PR Specialist to lead our branding and marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, managing media relations, and creating compelling content to elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach to marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to balance sales-driven initiatives with brand reputation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Design creative marketing collateral for both print and digital campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Produce creative concepts and content for integrated marketing projects, including social media marketing, direct mail, and PPC advertising.
  • Generate and update marketing materials such as listing and buyer presentations, reports, postcards, newsletters, and brochures.

Public Relations Strategy & Media Relations:

  • Build relationships with journalists and media outlets, pitch stories, and respond to media inquiries.
  • Write and distribute press releases, blog posts, and other PR materials to promote company news and initiatives.
  • Identify key audiences and develop PR strategies to manage the company’s reputation and address potential crises.

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence to engage with customers, agents, and prospects while promoting brand messaging.
  • Develop engaging content that aligns with company values and business objectives.

Photography & Videography:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos using mobile devices and/or professional equipment to enhance marketing materials and social media content.
  • Edit and produce visually compelling multimedia content for digital campaigns, listings, and promotional efforts.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and storytelling objectives.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and target audiences for marketing campaigns.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on marketing performance and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Several years of experience in marketing and PR roles, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and the digital media landscape.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts and industry professionals.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning skills to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Crisis management skills to address and mitigate negative publicity.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography, including shooting, editing, and post-production.
