Anderson Hay & Grain is seeking a strategic Marketing and Product Lifecycle Manager to drive brand growth, manage marketing strategies, and support retail clients in presenting products effectively.
Anderson Hay & Grain in Ellensburg, WA is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing and Product Lifecycle Manager to lead and execute all marketing initiatives while managing the customer facing lifecycle of our products. This role will be instrumental in building and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across sales channels, with a strong focus on supporting retail clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, driving brand growth and ensuring our products are presented effectively and consistently by our clients, maintaining brand integrity while helping to drive sales.
Job Functions
Essential Job Functions:
Brand Development and Awareness
- Oversee the development of brand messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all client channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand perception through sustainability initiatives, innovative product offerings, and creative marketing tactics.
- Monitor and address competitive positioning to maintain relevance and leadership in the market.
- Create and maintain Pitch Deck materials that support traditional and emerging sales channels
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to domestic sales channels, with a primary focus on supporting retail partners and distribution networks.
- Build and manage a cohesive marketing calendar, encompassing campaigns, promotions, and client-focused initiatives.
- Create marketing materials and assets such as point-of-purchase (POP) displays, training tools, and digital content to assist retail clients in presenting products effectively.
- Launch targeted advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, and national and regional media outlets.
- Collaborate with influencers and other strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Client Support and Brand Alignment
- Partner with retail clients to ensure our products are marketed effectively within their e-commerce platforms and physical stores.
- Provide tools such as planograms, training materials, and promotional support to enhance product presentation and consumer engagement.
- Work closely with clients to maintain brand integrity, offering guidance on product messaging, imagery, and marketing strategies.
- Develop consumer-focused loyalty programs and other initiatives to drive repeat business through retail partners.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead product development and enhancement efforts by identifying market trends and consumer needs.
- Oversee the consumer facing lifecycle of products from concept to market, ensuring alignment with marketing and client sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to support key product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Partner with sales and operations teams to address challenges such as inventory gaps, stockouts, and pricing strategies.

- Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media strategy.
