US Lead Team, Reservations Team, Sales team, Marketing team, Rental Operations and Global Support Services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, or content creation with a focus on analytics and revenue growth.
- Passion for travel and the tourism industry.
- Strong desire to learn. You will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong team building and leadership skills, including enthusiasm, ambition, flexibility, can do attitude, and ability to embrace and lead change.
- Excellent project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize a large number of complex projects simultaneously in a deadline and budget-sensitive environment and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to provide quick turnaround and updates for multiple requests while maintaining a strong reputation of high-quality work.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and inspiring others.
- Ability to produce high quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail. Must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong analytical background and ability to create and update reports.
- Experience with asset management, optimization for web, categorization and keywording of photo, video, and written content library
- Experience with social media management tools, including scheduling and reporting across multiple platforms
- Understanding of full funnel marketing and ability to design and implement new initiatives across multiple digital platforms
Key Accountabilities:
1. Visual content - oversee production of new content, secure talent and work with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and bloggers to grow the content library, elevate brand visuals, and increase brand awareness.
2. Written content - prepare or source content for web blogs, landing pages, travel guides, trip itineraries, marketing emails, social media posts and ads.
3. Photo and video editing - resize, color correct, categorize new photography and organize video libraries, with some light editing as needed
4. Affiliates - manage the outreach to blogs, websites, and content creators on various platforms to grow the affiliate / revenue share program for rentals. Assist in payout tracking and reporting of the program.
5. Partnerships - work with travel partners such as visitor bureaus, adventure travel companies, and
6. UGC / Creator Outreach - manage creator submissions, conduct research and outreach for potential collaborations with YouTube, TikTok, and IG channels and accounts. Communicate internally to book rentals, create media trade agreements, recap the performance and content received.
7. Event production - support RV sales, business development, and trade events with event space bookings, booth design and production coordination, collateral needs, travel, giveaway items, on-site staffing needs.
8. PR - prepare and distribute press releases, write briefings for media interactions, oversee celebrity requests, pitch news stories to travel and adventure media.
9. Special projects support - as needed, support internal team on high revenue impact projects throughout the year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
