Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, 7+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience, 2+ years in wealth management and partner marketing, experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and ability to travel domestically (2-4 days/month).

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Marketing Program Manager to create and implement marketing programs for the Strategic Referral Program, targeting high net worth clients through relationship management and marketing tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to support growth of the referral plan. Align program goals with overall business objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage marketing programs that effectively differentiate WEG’s value proposition and offerings to referral partners and their constituents. Programs should identify and target ideal clients with messaging and products that drive profitable revenue growth.
- Research content from current providers and collaborate to create custom content consistent with WEG’s unique value proposition. Collaborate with SRP team and strategic partners to create case studies, testimonials, and promotional content.
- In concert with the SRP team, identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with key referral partners. Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives to optimize partner engagement and new business development. Establish strong relationships with key personnel at assigned strategic partner programs in market to grow monthly referrals
- Perform marketing activities required to support referral generation
- Prioritize marketing requirements for SRP based on feedback from SRP leadership and sales team.
- Coordinate delivery of all marketing resources for SRP (working closely with SRP internal team, SRP internal service providers* and SRP referral partners) including collateral, events, campaigns and partner deliverables as required to generate referrals. (*Note: Internal service providers include content, creative, events, compliance, ops, tech)
- Manage marketing budget
- Specify and drive implementation of marketing automation and other technology requirements from tech teams
- Manage booth, presentation and other event-related processes in partnership with Events team.
- Drive cross-functional program meetings to ensure follow up and addressing of obstacles to growth
- Define marketing processes in partnership with Operations team
- Manage any external vendors (printers, etc.)
- Pursue opportunities for templatized / easily adjustable assets
- Work with Advisor teams to continue growth of the Program
- Expand local Strategic Partner Program to include additional Centers of Influence and existing clients – Build relationships with Centers of Influence – such as CPAs, estate planning attorney’s bankers, and insurance professionals
- Conduct market and competitive analyses
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business or marketing
- 7+ years of B2B and/or B2C marketing experience
- 2+ years experience in wealth management industry
- 2+ years experience in partner marketing
- Track record of using a variety of marketing tactics (content marketing, events, social media, partnerships) to drive measurable increase revenue
- Demonstrated success creating scalable new marketing programs from scratch
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening and analytical skills
- Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments
- Must be able to travel domestically for at least 2-4 days per month
