LOCATION
Marietta, GA (In-person, part-time, approximately 20 hours per week)
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2C professional services; strong attention to detail; proficiency with office programs and marketing software; high school diploma required, BS in Marketing or relevant field is a strong advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute marketing campaigns, manage online presence, coordinate audio/video content, ensure compliance with company brand standards, track and respond to Google reviews, manage written content, oversee marketing project statuses, and generate internal reports.

Summary of who we are looking for:
Our Marketing Project Manager will manage the execution of some of our day-to-day activities in the strategic marketing plan established by our executive leadership. This is a critical role for the Company to ensure that the various marketing tactics are launched and brought to successful completion.
The individual in this role takes initiative and endeavors to be two steps in front of assignments to support the multiple channels engaged in promoting the Company. This unique position is for someone who loves living by checklists and generating reports to show results.
The Marketing Project Manager will work in our office in Marietta, GA for 20 hours per week on average. Schedule is flexible and TBD. After a successful first 6 months, some remote work may be considered.

We are not looking for someone to manage or change the firm’s SEO.
We are not looking for someone to manage or change the firm's PPC.
We are not looking for someone to manage or change the firm’s Marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Execute firm’s Marketing Campaigns, working with Marketing Consultant, Marketing Coordinator, COO, and Owner of firm.
· Manage and execute marketing activities from start to finish with updates to Marketing Consultant, COO, and sales team.
· Online Presence
- Website Coordination - Work with Marketing Consultant and vendor to post timely updates to firm website
- Gather current information from team, including testimonial comments, reviews, photos, blogs, newsletters, etc.
- May need to use Facetune app
· Audio/Video Coordination
- Work with Marketing Consultant to manage resources: videographers, video editors, podcast managers, and other individuals who assist with creating and disseminating of audio and video content.
- Work with Marketing Consultant to manage all projects and approve final audio and video materials for dissemination.
- Work with Marketing Consultant to coordinate and host firm webinars held every 2 months
- Schedule and coordinate webinar, podcast, and video recording sessions
- Prepare & coordinate attendees and speakers and serve as Zoom host and/or timekeeper as needed
- Update materials, including PowerPoint presentations
- Work with Marketing Consultant to coordinate posting of materials after audio or video completion
· Market/Brand Summary:
- Ensure that all materials created are in line with firm Brand standards
· Track and respond to Google reviews
- Follow up with team on requesting new reviews
· Written Content Management:
- Work with Marketing Consultant to manage any brochures and similar marketing materials used by sales team
- Coordinate the repurposing of content among firm Marketing channels and to be submitted to other journals, publications, and other online audiences.
- Assist Market Consultant, as needed, to manage the tracking and reporting of the distribution, open rates, audience reach, etc.
· Other Duties:
- Manage audience lists for Marketing tools such as Constant Contact, etc
- Work with Office Manager to maintain supplies & prepare client welcome packages and thank you gifts
- Track status of Marketing projects and results
- Send holiday eCards to mailing list
- May also generate other firm internal reports using Excel

Requirements:
- Proven experience in previous Marketing role = 2+ years
- Preferably experience in B2C professional services
- Strong attention to detail including grammar and spelling
- Excellent knowledge of basic office programs, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Microsoft suite: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Online analytics, etc.)
- High School diploma; BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
