Purpose of Role
Facilitates end-to-end production of marketing and creative assets across multiple channels and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of content that inspires our audiences to envision the ever-expanding possibilities of a better retirement lifestyle.
Expectations:
- Defines, plans, and facilitates the execution of marketing and creative requests.
- Manages intake of creative requests and develops project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, while evaluating resources needed.
- Works with project requestors, stakeholders, and strategists to ensure all requirements are documented and scoped before the project is accepted and creative work begins.
- Schedules and leads kickoff and prioritization meetings with project stakeholders, the creative team, and the leadership team.
- Develops, coordinates, maintains and archives departmental assets, documents, trackers, and spreadsheets for future audits.
- Leads and directs projects with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Brand Marketing, Lead Delivery, PR, Wholesale, Editorial Content, Customer Service, Social, and Internal Comms.
- Identifies and eliminates time-sensitive bottlenecks to produce high-quality work with appropriate velocity.
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of our full product suite, clearly communicating the unique aspects of each product at a high level.
- Owns the review and approval cycle of creative requests by working closely with the legal and compliance review teams.
- Develops and maintains meaningful relationships with in-house clients and project stakeholders.
- Administers the team’s project management platform (i.e. Wrike) and archive (i.e. Box).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of related experience coordinating marketing projects, preferably in diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience applying project management theory, best practices, and tools to create, execute, and produce 360 campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing campaign workflows (i.e. creative and production processes for print, video, and digital materials) and driving opportunities through audience persuasion.
- Proficiency in administering project management and digital asset management platforms such as Wrike, Workfront, WebDam, and/or Box.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills to connect the dots when others cannot and simplify complex issues and questions.
- Analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills to create order from confusion.
- Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Agile, goal-oriented personality, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge.
- Skilled in eliminating last-minute requests by anticipating upcoming needs and planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs, SharePoint, Copilot, Teams).
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($90,000 - $100,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
