HumanN is seeking a detail-oriented Brand Marketing Project Manager to oversee marketing projects, ensuring the seamless execution of omni-channel campaigns while fostering collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
HumanN is expanding, and we’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the intake, organization, tracking, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels, including Social (organic and paid), Retail, Amazon, Retention, eCommerce, and more. Partnering closely with our Senior Manager, Integrated Project Management, you’ll support the seamless execution of omni-channel campaigns and proactively manage project risks to ensure efficient solutions. You’ll maintain a big-picture perspective while connecting the dots across workstreams, making informed decisions under pressure, and ensuring alignment across efforts. Additionally, you’ll manage project systems like Wrike, train teams on workflow best practices, and oversee freelance/vendor relationships. Responsibilities:
- Manage Creative Project Intake: Oversee the intake, organization, tracking, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels, including Social (organic and paid), Retail, Amazon, Retention, eCommerce, and more.
- Support Integrated Campaigns: Assist the Senior Manager, Integrated Project Manager, in the organization and execution of omni-channel campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination and activation across channels.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify project risks in advance and implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Big-Picture Oversight: Maintain a cheerful, big-picture perspective across projects, connecting the dots between efforts across channels to ensure alignment and coherence, while making informed decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Display agility and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing priorities and circumstances.
- Project Management System Maintenance: Organize and maintain project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to track marketing initiatives, report statuses, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate operational and project-level challenges to leadership as needed, helping troubleshoot and course-correct when beyond the immediate project scope.
- Workflow Process Training: Conduct ongoing training sessions for marketing teams on workflow processes and best practices for Wrike.
- Freelance/Vendor Management: Actively source new talent, manage a database of freelancers and portfolios, and oversee freelance/vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience minimum in creative management, project management, or related role within a fast-paced client-side environment.
- A solid understanding of project management best practices and creative development/ production processes for digital, print, web, video, audio, other interactive media.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional partners in various locations and time zones.
- Excellent relationship building skills and willingness to hold teammates accountable.
