Job Summary
The Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical products, with a focus on maximizing product visibility, market share, and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare regulations, and market trends. The Pharmaceutical Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, medical affairs, and product development, to ensure effective marketing campaigns that align with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities.
- Research market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential product opportunities. Analyze healthcare data and sales trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products, focusing on product positioning, differentiation, and growth opportunities in key markets.
- Oversee the ongoing marketing efforts for existing products, including portfolio management, brand development, and marketing communications.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Oversee advertising materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools, training programs, and promotional materials that support product positioning and sales objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets for pharmaceutical products, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI measurement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare marketing.
- Experience in managing product launches, brand development, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
