Marketing & Sales Assistant

Overview
Support our marketing and sales teams in developing and implementing activities and campaigns that generate engagement with our clients, prospective clients, and influencers. Maintain marketing and sales metrics to identify insights for optimizing and creating new marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor existing marketing and sales campaigns and activities: email marketing, mailings, blog posts, social media posts, telemarketing, canvassing, and staffing event booths.
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimize engagement with target audiences.
• Conduct market research to identify new and trending messaging to reach our target markets.
• Develop and enhance marketing and sales collateral, both digital and physical content.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy social settings, interacting with people, and developing rapport.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong organization and priority management skills.
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Preferences

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
