Marketing & Sales Coordinator
LOCATION
Flexible workspace, including office and manufacturing areas. Travel may be required for 2-8 trips per year.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in marketing or sales support, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with agriculture is a plus.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will execute and coordinate marketing and sales activities, support campaigns, maintain data, manage events, and assist with internal communications at TARGAN.
About the Role:
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will assist with the execution, coordination, and administrative tasks related to marketing and sales activities at TARGAN. This includes supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining sales data and databases, managing event logistics, assisting with proposals, and performing administrative duties. The role will also support internal and external communications while ensuring alignment across marketing and sales functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a marketing or sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
- Direct experience with agriculture is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with planning, executing, and tracking strategic marketing programs, including email campaigns, events, social media, and content marketing.
- Assist Sales and Marketing with proposal development by supporting writing, editing, tracking, and reviewing as needed.
- Help track the progression of contracts as the marketing and sales teams move customers through the pipeline.
- Help maintain the sales database, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively organized for team use.
- Create, proofread, and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice and branding for TARGAN and its products.
- Support marketing campaigns and online activities by setting up tracking systems, assisting with web optimization, and generating reports as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, including identifying requirements and managing schedules.
- Assist with internal communications by working closely with Human Resources on employee messaging, events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of marketing and sales activities, including scheduling, documentation, and team coordination.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Experience with CRM software, HubSpot is a Plus.
- Experience in marketing supporting sales and customer acquisition efforts.
- Experience in graphic editing/design and web editing is a plus.
Working Conditions
Work is performed inside a flex space building consisting of offices, open desk space, laboratory, machine shop, and a manufacturing floor. Level of noise is usually quiet in the office environment and temperature controlled. Noise levels are elevated in the warehouse space where temperatures can vary depending on the outside elements and weather. Travel may be required, including up to 2-8 trips per year to visit suppliers, attend conferences, meetings (customer, investor, and business) and customer sites (hatcheries).
