Seeking a Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to enhance marketing strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth through data analysis and collaboration between marketing and sales teams.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines the strategic and creative aspects of marketing with the operational excellence and analytical skills of sales operations. You will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to optimize processes, enhance performance metrics, and deliver campaigns that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of sales operations, marketing automation, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing client base through phone calls, emails, and meetings (virtual and in-person).
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) to track and measure lead and sales activity.
- Create and maintain reports on sales performance, marketing efforts, and lead conversions to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Assist in the development of sales enablement materials and tools to support sales teams in closing deals more effectively.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving sales performance.
- Responsible for CRM hygiene.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales team to design, implement, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make recommendations for optimizing tactics and improving overall marketing ROI.
- Work with creative teams to develop content, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the execution of events and promotions in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and sales operations, using insights to drive data-backed decisions.
- Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales processes.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve lead generation, sales processes, and customer acquisition.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support:
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and suppliers to ensure smooth alignment and communication.
- Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates on campaign performance, sales metrics, and other relevant information to senior leadership.
- Track the impact of marketing activities on sales performance and ROI.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., Zoho, Dripify, SalesIntel, Sales Navigator, & LinkedIn) and CRM platforms (e.g. Zoho).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales funnel optimization, and lead management.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally between marketing, sales, and other business units.
